To make event queues move faster and eliminate long lines on campus, the BTLED Organization utilizes a digital check-in system built right into your profile.
When attending a seminar, workshop, or organizational meeting, our attendance officers will be scanning digital student credentials rather than manually writing down names on paper clipboards.
If your digital ID fails to load or your profile picture is missing because you switched devices right before the event, simply inform the attendance officer and provide your Student ID manually:

- Log in to your BTLED Student Profile on your phone.
- Navigate to the My BTLED ID section where your customized digital ID card and avatar are displayed.
- Present your screen to the attendance officer for quick scanning or verification against our master list.
- Speed: It cuts down check-in time from minutes to seconds.
- Accuracy: It ensures your attendance is logged against the correct Student ID, preventing typos that could result in missing participation records.
- Eco-Friendly: It reduces paper waste while keeping your official student credentials securely in your pocket.
