Are Walk-ins Allowed for BTLED Events?

Because our events are highly structured and often require exact headcounts for materials, seating, or food, we strongly encourage online pre-registration for everything.

Can I just show up on the day of the event?
It depends entirely on the event type:

• Open Campus Activities (e.g., Booths, Fairs): Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome, and you can pay for merchandise or food directly at the booth.
• Seminars, Competitions, and Workshops: Walk-ins are usually strictly prohibited. These events require pre-approved online registration via this website to generate certificates and arrange seating.

Please read the specific "Mechanics & Guidelines" step on the event form to confirm whether walk-ins will be accommodated.

Missed the Deadline?
