Form Not Submitting or File Not Uploading? Here is the Fix

Encountering a glitch at the very end of your registration can be frustrating. If you are stuck on the final step, check these common roadblocks.

Issue 1: The File is Not Uploading
Our secure upload module requires your file to finish processing before you can click "Next."

• File Size: Ensure your image or document is not too large (keep it under 5MB if possible).
• Connection Drop: If the upload progress bar freezes, your internet connection may have spiked. Refresh the page and try attaching the file again.
• Wait for Verification: The system double-checks the database to confirm your file arrived. Do not click next until you see the success message in the upload box.

Issue 2: The Final "Submit" Button Won't Work

• Missing Required Fields: Scroll up and check every step. If a field has a red asterisk (*) and is left blank, the form will block submission.
• Accuracy Checkbox: On the final review page, you must check the box certifying that your information is correct before the Submit button activates.
