Many of our BTLED events—like group projects, sports brackets, or technical competitions—require team registrations rather than solo sign-ups.
Only one person (the Team Leader or Primary Submitter) needs to log in and fill out the event form. You do not need every member to submit a separate form.
How to add your team members:
When you reach the "Team / Collaborators Details" step of the registration form, the system will dynamically ask for your members' details based on the event's mechanics.
Once the Primary Submitter clicks "Submit Form," the team roster is locked. You cannot manually add another person or swap a name through the website.
If a team member drops out or you need to make an emergency substitution before the event day, the Primary Submitter must contact our events committee immediately:

- Strict Team Sizes: If an event requires exactly 3 members, the form will force you to fill out all 3 slots before you can click next.
- Flexible Team Sizes: If an event allows 1 to 4 members, the extra slots will be marked as (Optional). If you start typing a member's name, you must also provide their Student ID, or the form will block submission.
