Understanding Your Registration Status: Approved vs. Denied

Last Update a month ago

Once you submit an event form, you can track its progress using the Check Status tool on our website. Here is a breakdown of what the different statuses mean.

Status: Approved

You are all set! "Approved" means our officers have reviewed your submission, verified your Student ID and payment (if applicable), and officially reserved your slot. Keep an eye on your profile notifications for assembly times and venue updates.

Status: Denied / Action Required
If your status shows as Denied, your registration is currently on hold. This is usually due to easily fixable errors, such as:
  • You uploaded a blurry, unreadable, or incorrect receipt.
  • The Student ID provided does not match our master records.
  • You did not meet the specific event mechanics (e.g., incorrect team size).
If denied, you will receive an instruction on what to fix. You will need to resubmit the corrected requirement before the deadline.
