We understand that life as a college student can get overwhelming, and deadlines can sometimes slip past us. Here is what happens if you miss an event registration or requirement deadline.
Generally, once a form closes or the countdown timer hits zero, the automated system locks down, and no further submissions are accepted. This is because event coordinators need final headcounts to print certificates, prepare materials, and submit reports to the university.
For certain events, a waitlist may be opened if slots become available due to cancellations.
If you missed a mandatory event or submission deadline due to a serious illness, family emergency, or official academic conflict, please do not wait—contact our officers immediately. We handle excused absences and late appeals on a case-by-case basis.
