Accessing Your Event Certificates and Participation History

Tracking your active involvement in the BTLED Organization is easy. Your profile automatically logs the events you attend and stores your earned certificates in one secure place.

Recent Participations:
This section serves as your official co-curricular transcript. It lists all the BTLED seminars, workshops, and major events you have successfully attended. This is heavily reliant on our event-day scanning, so always remember to present your Student ID during events!

Downloading Your Certificates:
No more waiting weeks for printed paper! For events that issue a Certificate of Participation or Recognition:

1. Go to your Profile and click on the Certificate tab.
2. Find the specific event in your list.
3. Click to view or download a high-resolution PDF of your certificate.

Important: Certificates are only generated after you have submitted the mandatory post-event evaluation form. If a certificate is missing, check to ensure you completed the feedback survey for that event.

Missing an Event or Certificate?
If you attended an activity but it is not showing under your Recent Participations, or if your certificate has not been generated despite finishing the evaluation, let us know:
