When you register for an event or update your profile, we collect essential details such as your Name, Student ID, Program/Section, and contact information.
Your core profile data is stored securely in our central database. However, highly sensitive visual identifiers—specifically your profile picture and digital signature for your BTLED ID—are strictly stored locally on your own device. We do not upload or store your photos or signatures on our web servers.
