How to Remove and Change Your Profile Picture or Signature on Your Digital ID

Your digital BTLED Member ID Card allows you to personalize your student credentials by adding a formal profile picture and your student signature. If you ever need to change your photo or want to clear them out, you can do so directly from your profile dashboard.
When your profile picture or signature is active on your digital ID card, you will notice a small remove button (x) positioned right beside or on top of the image container.
Because profile pictures and signatures are saved strictly and locally on your current device for your privacy and safety, clearing them via the x button completely erases them from that browser's storage. If you ever switch devices or clear your browser cache, they will also reset automatically.
If your ID card layout encounters a glitch or if the remove button is unresponsive on your browser, please reach out to our technical team:

- Clicking the x button instantly deletes the current image from your browser's memory.
- Once removed, the display box will clear, and the remove button will automatically hide itself, allowing you to upload a fresh photo or signature whenever you are ready.
