Accepted Payment Methods and Issuing Official Receipts

When you are purchasing an event ticket, supporting an Income Generating Project (IGP), or making a voluntary donation, we want the transaction process to be as smooth and secure as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer fully digitalized payment routing. You do not need to hunt down an officer on campus to make a payment. We accept the following methods:

• GCash (Preferred)
• Maya
• Direct Bank Transfers
• Cash (Only during designated physical booth events)

Note: The specific account names and numbers for digital transfers are dynamically updated and will always be displayed directly on the checkout screen or the specific Event Form.

How do I get my official receipt?
We are currently rolling out a feature that will issue official transaction receipts directly through your BTLED Website Profile.

• For now: Please take a clear screenshot of your successful transaction (showing the reference number) and upload it when prompted by our event or finance forms.
• Coming Soon: Once our automated receipt system is fully live, your digital receipts will be instantly generated and permanently stored in your account dashboard for easy tracking.
