Transparency is a core commitment of the BTLEd - IA Program Organization. Students and members often ask when our financial records are refreshed to reflect recent activities.
Here is how and when our ledger gets updated:

Real-Time & Frequent Updates

• Every After Purchase & Disbursement: As soon as an officer makes an approved purchase for an event, project, or lab supply—and submits the corresponding receipt—the expense is logged into our ledger.
• Every After Earnings & Collections: Income from activity fees, event registrations, ticket sales, or merchandise items is recorded immediately once collections are verified and counted.
• Every After Subsidies & Grants: External funds, sponsorships, or organizational allocations are added to the system as soon as they are officially received and cleared.

Because our dashboard pulls data live from our official ledger, you are always viewing the most up-to-date financial standing of the organization without waiting for delayed end-of-month or end-of-semester batch processing.
