Troubleshooting: "No Sheet Permission" Error on the Finance Page

Last Update a month ago

If you are trying to view the Finance or Budget page and encounter a "No Sheet Permission" or "Access Denied" error, do not worry—your account is fine, and no financial data has been lost.
Why is this happening?

This error occurs when our website's frontend temporarily loses its connection to our backend database. Because our system relies on Google integrations to fetch live financial records, we occasionally hit server limits or temporary access bottlenecks. Simply put, the server is temporarily blocking the website from reading the ledger.

What should I do?
  1. Wait a few minutes: These connection drops are usually resolved automatically within a short period. Refresh the page after 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Check for announcements: If the downtime is due to scheduled maintenance or a larger server issue, we will post an update on our official Facebook page or the announcements banner.
  3. Rest assured: Once the server is back online, full access to the ledger will be automatically restored for all users.
